Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Oscar Blooms. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website (https://www.oscarblooms.com) and the services provided by Oscar Blooms Pte. Ltd. ("we", "us", "our").

By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age or using the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

2. Orders and Payments

  • All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment.

  • Prices displayed on our website are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and inclusive of applicable taxes.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including errors in product or pricing information.

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of order via our secure payment gateway.

3. Delivery

  • Oscar Blooms currently offers delivery within mainland Singapore only.

  • We do not offer same-day delivery. Orders must be placed at least 1–2 days in advance. Cut-off time for next-day delivery is 6:00 PM.

  • Deliveries are made daily between 10:00 AM and 10:00 PM, within your selected time slot.

  • If the recipient is unavailable or delivery details are incorrect, redelivery may be arranged at an additional cost of SGD 15, subject to availability.

  • We do not deliver to restricted areas such as army camps, offshore islands, or locations with restricted access.

  • Oscar Blooms is not liable for delivery delays caused by incorrect addresses, recipient unavailability, or events beyond our control (see Section 16).

4. Returns and Refunds

  • Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we do not offer returns or exchanges once a bouquet has been delivered.

  • If you receive a bouquet that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery at info@oscarblooms.com with photo evidence.

  • Refunds are not applicable for:

    • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer

    • Recipient unavailability during delivery slot

    • Minor flower or colour variations

    • Flowers that wilt due to improper care after delivery

5. Product Variations

  • Images on our website are for illustrative purposes only.

  • We reserve the right to make flower substitutions of equal or greater value depending on seasonal availability, while maintaining the overall look and theme of the arrangement.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including logos, images, text, designs, and product descriptions — is the property of Oscar Blooms and protected under applicable intellectual property laws. No material may be used or reproduced without our prior written consent.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to use our website for:

  • Any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activities

  • Uploading or transmitting malicious content

  • Interfering with the website’s performance or security

8. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Limitation of Liability

Oscar Blooms shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

11. Amendments

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Promotions and Discount Codes

  • All promotions and discount codes are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or changed without notice.

  • Codes must be applied at the time of purchase and cannot be used retroactively.

13. Product Care

  • Care instructions are provided with each bouquet.

  • Oscar Blooms is not responsible for deterioration of flowers due to improper care by the recipient.

14. Force Majeure

Oscar Blooms shall not be held liable for delays or failures in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather disruptions, traffic conditions, supplier issues, or government regulations.
